• Application to open a ACCA on letterhead paper signed by the President
• Photocopy of the receipt for declaration of association or Certificate of registration in the Coop-GIC Register
• Minutes of the constituent CGA and attendance list
• Minutes of the last constituent AGM and AGM attendance list
• For other de facto non-agricultural associations, request any creation or authorisation documents
• Letter appointing representatives
• Photocopies of valid identity cards of representatives
• 02 4x4 picture per proxy member
• Tax compliance certificate for the Association
• Opening fee: CFA 25,000
• Initial opening deposit: CFA F 50,000
